Privacy is of utmost importance at Goldelim International Ltd. (“Goldelim”). We recognize the significance of protecting information which is stored on our computers or is intended to be stored on our computers and which relates to an individual. The data we protect is the “Personal Data” which is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, sometimes called a data subject, and have made protecting privacy and the confidentiality of Personal Data a fundamental component of the way we do business.
COLLECTING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you access or use the Goldelim website, Token Sale Manager or Goldelim App, we may collect some information, including:
Information you may provide to us: Your email address, bitcoin and ethereum addresses, mobile phone number, alias, password, mobile PIN code, and any other information you choose to provide.
Log Information: We may log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our websites.
Device Information: We may collect information about the mobile device you use to access our mobile application, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
Wallet Address Information: When you create a wallet through the Goldelim App, an encrypted wallet public key, a spend key and a view key pair are automatically generated and stored via our Services. We will encrypt your spend key with your PIN number and an individually created hash. If you forgot your PIN or lose your PIN we cannot regain you access to your Goldelim.
When you send funds from an offline wallet address (also known as a paper wallet or a cold storage wallet) we do NOT store your spend key, however it should be assumed that the spend key is compromised as it has travelled through the internet. We only transfer spend keys via HTTPS but to be 100% sure of your future security you should create a new offline wallet and transfer the balance of your account to the new offline wallet. In this manner it is not possible for a third party to access the bulk of your Goldelim.
Information we Collect From Other Sources: We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For instance, when you ask a question via a third-party social media service, we may collect that information and append it to the data we store about you. Any third-party services may collect information as determined by their own privacy policies.
We also may use “cookies” from time to time to help personalize your online experience with us. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer to help us make your visit to our site more “user-friendly.” Cookies provide us with information about your use of the site that can help us improve the site and your experience with it.
